HEAD IT TEACHER

I hold online and on-campus classes of technical and design-oriented IT programs for students aged 10-14 years old, and assign and correct student homework and exams. I meet and speak with parents frequently for reviews and advice about the students and their careers. The subjects I teach include:

    - Game Development (Unity3D, Construct 3, Minecraft: Education Edition, ClickTeam Fusion, Kodu),

    - Programming (Python, C++, C#, HTML/CSS),
    - Graphics Design and Digital Art (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
    - 2D Cartoon Animation (Moho, OpenToonz),
    - 3D Modeling and Animation (Blender, TinkerCAD, SketchUp),
    - Application Development and AI Computer Vision (Python)
    - Video Editing (Wondershare Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro)
    - Web Development with HTML/CSS and Wix
    - And many more subjects from Step IT Institute's extensive education library; If a subject is unknown, we teachers have to learn it!

    - Additionally as a Lead Teacher, future teaching material needs to be researched and developed, and other teachers are required to be onboarded, trained, supported, and scheduled.

Given that the Dubai branch is fairly new, it has rewarded me with experience of working in a start-up! I participate in daily meetings with the general manager and sales team where we coordinate and plan our strategy for the day/week.

I assisted in logistics and events (using knowledge from my previous role in an events company), is the keynote speaker at events, and awarded certificates to students. I also write for marketing, support the general manager on day-to-day tasks and handle technical support!

JUNIOR PROGRAMMER

I developed applications that allowed clients to showcase their ideas, products, and services in innovative, creative, and eye-catching ways for events and exhibitions.

The types of applications ranged widely from digital signage, VR, AR, Leap Motion, Xbox Kinect, and many

others. Additionally, I developed and published several mobile games for Android and iOS.

We worked with many clients from corporate organizations such as Jaguar, Porsche, and Cisco, and with government sectors from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and many more. Our clients used and showcased the requested products at some of the largest events in UAE such as GITEX Technology Week, WETEX, Arab Health, Energy Summit, and
Arab Social Media Influencers Summit Award.
